✅ Damaged Product Replacement

If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it.

  2. Share:

    • Your order number

    • Clear pictures of the damaged product

  3. Our customer support team will review the details and contact you.

⏱️ Replacement Process

  • Once approved, the exchange process will be started within 7 days

  • Replacement will be shipped after verification

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for replacement
